Handling The Valentine's Day Struggle





For many single ladies, the ever terrible Valentines Day burden is coming! What do you do during holidays like these? Do you go out with friends ? Eat a tub of ice cream alone all while watching gossip girl? or mourn losing your ex to some hoochie with big boobs and a nice car?

Heres some advice and ideas to stay positive during this ever depressing Valentines day.




  • Go for it! 
    • Do what you always wanted to do. Go splurge on yourself, like a spa day or fight for that promotion you've been dying to go for. 
  • Help someone! 
    • Send some thoughtful words to someone you care about. Maybe someone is going through a situation way worse than a lonely valentines day. Why not send kindness someones way ;) It will help you in the process as well!
  • Work it out!
    • No i dont mean get back with your ex on valentines day. I mean work those buns of steal out. Working out means heading to the gym and literally sweating off your problems. I bet you there will be many others doing the same. Exercise is a natural anti-depressing, and may make you sleep a little early during this holiday which is a bonus!
  • Be alone together!
    • Make an effort staying with other friends that are single. Why not complain about your ex's together. Makes gossiping so much more enjoyable doing it together. ;)
